We started Willow and Wishes when we saw the need for ready made, and locally sourced parties. Busy moms who want to have "insta" ready parties with little effort, can now use Willow and Wishes to curate the perfect party for all ages.

Whether it be a first sleepover, birthday party, girl's night, or for bride's looking for a unique way to celebrate their last night before saying "I do". Willow and Wishes works with each customer to set up the perfect party experience with little ease. You select the theme. We deliver.

What ages are best for a Willow and Wishes Party?

Catering to many events such as birthdays, holidays, bachelorette parties, play dates or any fun get together,

our parties are for ages 5 and up. Events must be supervised by an adult at all times and no children age 2 and under

should be on our tents or setups at any time for safety.

What bedding is included in my package?

Each tent comes with an air mattress, fitted cotton sheet, fleece blanket, two decorative pillows, and décor.

Guests will be asked to bring their own pillow & if desired, sleeping bag.

How are the tents, bedding & accessories cleaned?

All sheets and pillows are laundered using sanitizing detergent. All decorative pillows, tent covers, mattresses

and accessories are always disinfected and spot cleaned when necessary.

*All pets must be kept away from any Willow and Wishes rental equipment.*

**Please note that in order to keep our equipment safe for all kids, we won't be able to book parties in homes with smoking**

Can my guests eat or drink inside the tents?

We ask that your guests use the breakfast trays provided to eat and drink on. Any significant damage to

Willow and Wishes property will be taken from the security deposit.

Can the tents be set up outdoors?

Our tents are for indoor use only. Please do no move rentals once they have been set up by Willow and Wishes staff.

How much space is needed to set up the tents?

Each tent set requires 6 ft. X 3.5 ft footprint. In addition there should be space enough around the tents for

safe & comfortable movement in & out. Tents can be set up in a variety of configurations depending on space

available & number of guests. We ask hosts to clear all furniture from space needed prior to our arrival

as Willow and Wishes staff will not be able to move any furniture.

What is the rental period?

Standard rental times are 3pm for delivery and setup ( or pre-determined time). Setup will take 1-2 hours and

collection time will be by noon the next day. Longer rental times or additional nights can be arranged for additional fee.

What do I need to do prior to pick-up?

Please remove all guests’ belongings and personal items from the party space before pick-up time.

Please keep guests, children, and/or parents clear of the set-up area as we have a limited time for tent setup and breakdown.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within 30 miles of Wichita, KS. Delivery outside of that radius will require an additional fee.

Locations with difficult delivery such as more than one set of stairs will also require an additional fee.

How do I book my party?

Use the form below to provide details about your requested party including number of guests, date,

requested step up time, location and theme.

Once you send in your party request, we will send an email confirmation with our Terms & Agreement for you to sign.

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to secure your date and returned 2-3 Business days following your event

providing that there is no loss or damage to hired equipment.

The remaining balance of the invoice will be due in full 7 days prior to your party date.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancelations 30 or more days in advance will receive a full refund including original deposit.

Cancelations with 8 to29 days notice, will forfeit the $100 deposit, and any additional payments will be refunded.

Cancelations requested 7 days or less will not receive a refund.

Rescheduling must be requested 7 days prior of original party date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, if you need to reschedule with 7 days or less notice, our cancellation policy applies.

What if a sleepover guest cancels, is there a refund for the unused tent/teepee/bed?

We will confirm the guest count about 7 days prior and send the remaining invoice. In the event that you have a

guest cancel after we confirmed the number of guests, there is no refund. We can set up the extra tent/bed or not.

​What type of payment do you accept?

We accept payment through Venmo or Paypal. A link will be provided in the Terms & Agreement

for deposit & electronic invoice for final payment.
